It has 31 units of tugboats, 26 units of barges, 2 units of floating loading facilities, 2 units of floating crane, and 5 units of bulk carrier mother vessels. The company was formerly known as PT Pelita Samudera Shipping Tbk and changed its name to PT IMC Pelita Logistik Tbk in February 2023. PT IMC Pelita Logistik Tbk was founded in 2007 and is headquartered in Jakarta, Indonesia.
